Mission Statement - Security Education Environmental Design Services, L.L.C. (SEEDS) security and safety proposals are a pro-active and cost-effective ways to secure and protect business establishments, residential properties, living and working environments.  SEEDS use of crime prevention theories serve as the total comprehensive development plans for any structural property, such as building sites, business locations, waterways, and schools.  SEEDS security and safety proposals are strategic preventive plans of intellectual properties which analyze and conceptualize the crime prevention through environmental design theory and technology principles.  SEEDS will examine all environmental hazards that aid in the commission of criminal and illegal activity.  SEEDS employs physical and industrial security designs, using state-of-art motion intrusion alarm detectors, high tech-camera surveillance, integrated security systems which include profile security lighting.  Incorporating a few environmental security and safety counter-measures offers the necessary protection for any project site development, while promoting, ensuring and creating safe havens for individuals to live, work, travel and enjoy.
